Amazing service again!
This is the second time I have used Magpie Money and they have been amazing yet again. They are very professional, helpful and answer any queries or worries quickly anx efficently and make every step and every stress easier to deal with. Nothing is to big or to little and nothing is to much bother or a silly question. They help with every little to big thing. I mainly dealt with Andy and Helen both were great and Helen espcially helped me loads with all the issues I had she was amazing. I would not go anywhere else now and I would reccomend them to anyone. Thank you all for being as amazing as you are and making every step so much easier and less stressful.

Excellent service
I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish, they made the whole mortgage process feel so much easier and less stressful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or explain anything I was unsure about. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept up to date. They worked incredibly hard to help me secure our mortgage, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything they did. Magpie Money - Amazing!
This is the second time I’ve used Magpie Money to arrange my mortgage, and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for help with their mortgage or finances. From start to finish, the whole team have been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. I never felt pressured or like I was being given the hard sell — instead, I felt listened to, supported and confident that I was in good hands. A special mention has to go to Andy Cook, who was absolutely fantastic. He was always there whenever I needed advice, reassurance or an update, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble — even when he was on holiday abroad! That level of dedication really says a lot. The whole process was so much quicker and easier than I expected, and having someone take care of everything saved me a huge amount of time, stress and hassle. I’m genuinely grateful to the team at Magpie Money for making what can be quite a stressful process feel so straightforward. If you’re considering using them, I can honestly say you’re in safe hands. A great experience with Magpie Money
Magpie Money was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for them, Sam the senior mortgage advisor was the first person I had any dealings with, and he explained the procedure over the phone very clearly and an easy to understand way. The general manager Barry also kept me up to date with how the remortgage was going, and anything further that I needed to do. The whole remortgage took less that a month to complete which is very fast. I would also like to thank Kate the senior mortgage administrator Kristen the senior mortgage processor, Helen, the mortgage administrator, and Kimberly for all their help. If we ever need anything of a financial nature in the future we would definitely use Magpi Money again A big thank you to all the team and hope we have not missed anyone out Kev and Marie

Exceptional service
We were really struggling to remortgage and get a good rate so we contacted Andy at magpie he walked us through everything step by step and was available all the way through the process even advising on what rate we could get now how to pay off debts buy taking a little extra to get debt free to enable us to have a bit extra left over each month and build our credit levels to get a better rate in the future. We completed to day and are so great full for all the help and advice we received from Andy and his team at magpie money. Prompt, supportive, there at the end of the phone to explain anything we didn’t understand we didn’t have to do a thing they sorted the remortgage and all the work with the solicitor made our lives so easy everything was done online via email or phone call with very little fuss other than signing off on the main paperwork and sending it back. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a mortgage absolutely 5* service all the way

Brilliant team come highly recommend to anyone
Andy,Kate and the team worked really hard for us as we were in a really difficult position. They walked us through everything and got us a great deal as well as sort out our very messy situation they were at the end of the phone to explain and reassure us with everything every possible thing we asked they sorted for us. What a great team we can’t thank them enough we completed to day and are so so happy with there service we could not recommend them enough it was our absolute pleasure to have had them sort our mortgage for us I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to take out a mortgage or as we were remortgaging from our current mortgage with very poor credit Brilliant service absolutely amazing

Amazing customer service!
The entire team at Magpie Money have been outstanding! The best customer service I’ve ever received. Andy and the team were on hand every step of the process and went above and beyond to get our mortgage sorted in such a short time from first making contact on Monday morning, we completed by close of play Friday of the same week! I still can’t believe it myself! Special thanks to Andy, Barry, Helen and Alex, look forward to our next remortgage, all our thanks Martin and Emma
