The people here, in particular Andy and Helen were extremely professional and fully understood how to navigate the mortgage market. The process and the administration were made very clear. Suffice to say the mortgage completed with no difficulties. I would highly recommend the team who were a pleasure to deal with.

What can I say about these people. We had been described as one, if not the toughest challenge they had taken on due to credit issues. However these issues were overcome with a lot of hard work by the team! Absolutely overjoyed that these guys got us a mortgage when others couldn't help. The communication was second to none, regular updates and speak our kind of language, none of the usual formal terminology, Andy definitely says it as it is!
