Stunning Service!
Stunning Service! Our situation was complex with a property wrapped up in an estate and adverse credit history (recent adverse as well). Carly was very positive from the very first phone call and assured us that Magpie Money could help us find a solution that would solve the issues with the estate and allow us to consolidate our debt. She was true to her word and her efforts along with Karl (a truly amazing guy) were nothing short of amazing, calm, professional and guided us every step of the way right through to our mortgage application completing today! They have made what seemed at one point impossible to us not just possible but a reality. Both are a true asset to their organisation and we 100% know where we will be going when it's time to re-mortgage. I had nearly given up and calling Magpie Money was literally the final roll of the dice, I'm so happy I picked up the phone now. I cant rate these guys enough! Andy managed to find me the deal that I needed when other organisations couldnt! I was kept fully up to date all the way through the process by Andy & Helen and they were always only too willing to answer any questions that I had at any point or speak to the relevant people for me to get the answers that I needed. A very efficient organisation that I will be highly recommending to friends and family in the future. Great job guys! Thank you.

A Great Professional Company
WOW what a fantastic company. Thank you IMS & Andy Cook for great advice and support. I have been able to save a lot of money per month on a new mortgage deal with a high street lender. Andy was professional throughout and knew his stuff and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I also had great assistance from the Mortgage processing team aswell. Purchase of a Council House
The company is Internet based. The web site I found easy to use and very clear. I would have given 5 stars but the whole process from start to completion took seven months. Obviously as we were living in the house the time was not that important. However, if we had been in a buyers chain, the time may have broken the chain as I felt seven months was a long time. The completion by the Council was on the last day of April and this made me think that this was ALWAYS going to be the date. As such maybe I'm being a bit harsh. On the whole the company did a great job.

Best service ever ... well worth the money ... the team quickly clarified my requirements and then set about finding and securing me the best deal.... everything was taken out of my hands and dealt with by IMS .... cant recommend them highly enough ... nothing was a problem and they responded immediately... very very impressed ... will use them from here on in ...
