I cant rate these guys enough! Andy managed to find me the deal that I needed when other organisations couldnt! I was kept fully up to date all the way through the process by Andy & Helen and they were always only too willing to answer any questions that I had at any point or speak to the relevant people for me to get the answers that I needed. A very efficient organisation that I will be highly recommending to friends and family in the future. Great job guys! Thank you.

A Great Professional Company
WOW what a fantastic company. Thank you IMS & Andy Cook for great advice and support. I have been able to save a lot of money per month on a new mortgage deal with a high street lender. Andy was professional throughout and knew his stuff and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I also had great assistance from the Mortgage processing team aswell. Purchase of a Council House
The company is Internet based. The web site I found easy to use and very clear. I would have given 5 stars but the whole process from start to completion took seven months. Obviously as we were living in the house the time was not that important. However, if we had been in a buyers chain, the time may have broken the chain as I felt seven months was a long time. The completion by the Council was on the last day of April and this made me think that this was ALWAYS going to be the date. As such maybe I'm being a bit harsh. On the whole the company did a great job.

The staff at Intelligence Mortgage
The staff at Magpie Money are so hard working to get the best deal for you. Not only that, but they are able to provide a service which is personal and they're incredibly easy to talk to. I couldn't rate them highly enough as a team who really make sure their clients best interest is at heart. For what could be an incredibly stressful process, it is made that much easier when you can rely on an experienced, knowledgeable and approachable company.
