Brilliant service from start to finish. Every person I spoke to within the company were courteous and helpful. Always returning calls when promised and even when Sam was on holiday, he still took calls and came back with answers. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. Excellent Service - Fantastic Team
I recently completed my re-mortgage with IMS and it was relatively pain free. I had the pleasure of working with Stacey Hoile who was always very communicative and would often send me emails outside of regular hours just to keep me updated on progress. One time it was even as late as 10.30pm.... which showed me her commitment and dedication to my case. I would highly recommend this organisation and despite the costs as you definitely get the service that you pay for.

Fantastic service from Chris
Fantastic service from Chris, I explained what I was looking for in terms of Key Man insurance and he did the rest. Did not try and over sell or link in addition policies. Managed to find the right policy quickly and easily and all was set up and cover started within four days and two of them were the weekend. Highly recommended

Intelligence mortgage solution LTD
I came to Magpie Money, when all hope failed in try to secure a Mortgage. Spoke Carly Breathwick who set my mind at ease and talked me through all the pros and cons of what i wanted to do and guided me through to find the right lender for my circumstances, no setback was a challenge for her. Once the mortgage was agreed in Principal my file was moved on to Barry Marks who handled all the processing, at this stage I received communication daily on what was required by the lender. Barry's Turn around and communication was excellent, he kept me calm all the way through. I would recommend this company to anyone, they really make you feel like there on the journey with you.
