Barry and Sam were extremely helpful throughout. They answered my queries promptly and clearly, and I felt there was nothing to worry about from start to finish. They kept me updated at each step and the fees were exactly as quoted with no surprises. They coordinated smoothly with the lender and conveyancer, which made the whole process straightforward.
