Applied for a mortgage on an unencumbered property. Started with Sam and then our application was taken over by Kristen who, despite numerous bumps in the road on our part,dealt with our application with consummate professionalism and infinite patience. When we decided to change the amount we wanted to borrow just before completion Kristen dealt with this and ensured there was no delay to the completion date. I am more than happy to recommend this company and would advise anyone considering using them to go ahead as they will work tirelessly to ensure a positive outcome.
