    Used Magpie Money again after my current mortgage came to an end after 2 year fixed rate. James who handled my first case was very hands on and kept me up to date on things that were needed to get a new offer with new lender. This was good to have and James explained all the financial jargon well that I understood what I was signing up for, once this step was complete it moved to Helen to complete the mortgage offer, she like James very hands on and took my call if I was unsure about some aspects of the contract. I cannot thank them enough that they made the large difficult steps easy with their help and the customer interaction was great too. I cannot thank them enough for the help during the festive period when all are on holiday.
