  We made a general enquiry for a mortgage loan. Firstly Sam, from the outset you were outstanding, listening patiently to our requirements and then explaining the package's available to suit our needs. Having personally worked for thirty years for a premium car brand, as a service manager and front of house, I felt you were buying from me and not selling to me, an approach that many other Industries could benefit from. We then had a further outstanding experience with Kate, Sonia, Kim and Kimberly, a team that worked like clockwork, always informing us at every stage of the process and gave us the assurance's we needed until the end, a great Job from all the staff during the process from start to finish.
