  Gary took the time to understand my requirements before applying to a lender, this was key to a smooth application and not something I had found elsewhere. As someone in the Mortgage Industry, I found the whole team really helpful, always had prompt responses, always knew when someone was not available and who to speak to instead ( and they actually knew who I was and my case details too ! ).
